ABOUT US

ALISDA is entrusted with the responsibilities of Quality Assurance of Avionics and Electrical stores during design & development by DRDO Organizations/ DPSUs/ Pvt. Vendors and also during production of stores against supply orders placed by Air HQrs/ Army Aviation/ Navy on Public Sector Undertakings/ Vendors. This office formulates different standards being a member to Defence Standardisation Cell. ALISDA is also identified as a training establishment for DGAQA officers and staff

ROLE AND FUNTION

ALISDA ensures Quality through Approved Firms Quality Management System (AFQMS) and product conformance through Quality tools such as , Quality Audits, Spot checks, FAIR (First Article Inspection Report ) , formulation of QAPs, ATPs and annotating critical stages for surveillance checks, re-verification of inspection stages etc. In addition to the above it has responsibilities to conduct training to DGAQA officers and formulate specifications (JSS/JSG) being a member of Defence Standardisation Cell.
